  • Renting event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our wide selection of event decor items, including centerpieces, lighting, table linens, and more. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event, and we will deliver the decor to your chosen location. After your event, simply pack the items back into their original packaging and use the provided return label to send them back to us. It's a hassle-free way to elevate your event's atmosphere with our beautiful decor.

  • We understand that setting up event decor can be a challenge. That's why we offer optional setup and arrangement services for your convenience. During the checkout process, you can choose to add our professional setup service. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences, saving you time and effort. This service is available for an additional fee, and you can discuss your specific requirements with our team to create a customized setup plan.

  • Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance. Contact us to schedule your visit and take the first step toward creating a stunning event decor setup.

  • Please do not place any items in the dishwasher or clothing washer. We ask that you carefully rinse the items with water to remove any excess food or drink leftovers. You don’t need to rinse or wash tablecloths, table runners, napkins, or placemats. Once we receive the items, our team of experts will thoroughly sanitize and wash each item to rid all bacteria while keeping the item intact. 

  • We take great care in selecting and maintaining our pieces, and we ask that the same care is shown while they’re in your hands.

    A refundable security deposit may be required for some bookings. If applicable, this will be clearly outlined at the time of booking and refunded once all items are returned on time and in their original condition.

    In the event that an item is broken, lost, or irreversibly damaged during your hire period, replacement costs will apply at the item’s listed retail price. This includes damage caused by improper handling or repackaging.

    We understand that accidents can happen — please let us know as soon as possible if something goes wrong, so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. Bookings with outstanding balances within this timeframe may be cancelled at Meadow & Vines’ discretion, with the deposit forfeited.

    Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

    Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit.

    For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing a suitable backup location or alternative date in the event of adverse weather.
    No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.
